HARDCORE from start to finish! Deathscape Navigator is super loud & intense. It's chock full of distortion, noise,
searing treble & throbbing bass. A little bit inspired by gabber, speedcore, and
DHR stuff. I made this EP concurrently as I was making the double album Space Junk. The two sounds couldn't be more different. This album being really loud,
dark, & abrasive, and Space Junk being
mostly atmospheric, pretty, & spacey. Despite how much intentional distortion and loudness this album entails, funny enough it's my first full album to be recorded in 44100 Hz (CD quality), so it often sounds much more clear than its predecessors.
I originally released it under the old Evil Eye name, but decided to retroactively bring it
under the "Macro" fold since the production is clear and fairly sharp. Also, I
remade all the packaging art from scratch in 2017 for the Omnibus 2000-2014
box set, and gave it a new title, (the old title and art were from my
edgelord days.)
